to use a mortgage broker or not when you have a good credit score and financials?

i’m buying a co-op unit. i have a good credit score, job and financials. everything else being constant (same bank, same time period, etc. ) can a mortgage broker get you a better deal on a mortgage than you can with the same bank. if so , how are they able to do this

How can I get a good credit if no one will give me credit?

I have tried applying for credit cards but they won’t give me credit for lack of credit. How can I go about getting a good credit score? (Besides loan companies. Already trying that.)
I really don’t earn much at my job and I would like to get a JC Penny card or something like that for clothes.

Do you need a good credit score to be a Medical biller and coder?

Can anyone tell me if you need to have a good credit score to get a job as a medical biller and coder? I’m currently in school for an associates in medical billing and coding and well, I don’t quite have the best credit score and this worries me when I graduate that I won’t be able to get a job after all the studying I have done.

what is the best way to teach my mother the importance of a good credit score?

She tells that credit score are only need for borrowing. I have explained to her that it helps you get good insurance quotes. I also told her than you can lose you your job or not get one at all. what ways that i can explain to her the 3 digits are not just for borrowing money?
